5 switchblade stars！！！Omgeee what a read。 I wasn’t expecting this story。 It was amazing。 I adored Sully， I love Sawyer and Fallon。 I loved watching their friendship grow the way it did。 What a ride they gave。 And what can I say Jaz had me cracking up。 She’s the ultimate bff。 Such a well rounded book with a great story。 Sully stole my heart。

Runaway Groomsman was cute， clever sweet and funny。 I really liked the main characters Fallon and Sawyer。 My 3 star rating is reflected because of the length of this book。 It could have easily been 100 pages shorter。 I get that Quinn wanted to avoid any rebound or cheating tropes， as Fallon was in a relationship with Peter when Sawyer showed up in Canoodle， a quirky town east of Palm Springs in the mountains， after very publicly flipping off his cheating ex Annalisa who married his friend Simon。 Runaway Groomsman was cute， clever sweet and funny。 I really liked the main characters Fallon and Sawyer。 My 3 star rating is reflected because of the length of this book。 It could have easily been 100 pages shorter。 I get that Quinn wanted to avoid any rebound or cheating tropes， as Fallon was in a relationship with Peter when Sawyer showed up in Canoodle， a quirky town east of Palm Springs in the mountains， after very publicly flipping off his cheating ex Annalisa who married his friend Simon。There were a lot of funny moments and Easter eggs references to other books。 I loved the town of Canoodle and would visit if it existed outside of this book。 However， Fallon's best friend Jaz took protective best friend too far。 I also liked the way Alzheimer's Disease was treated， as Fallon left her nursing job to care for her grandfather， who was in the moderate stages of this heartbreaking disease。 The plot was tied up in the renovation of the cabins of an inn that Sully used to run with his late wife Joan。I adored most of the characters， my issue was plot and pacing。 It seemed to take forever to get the couple together and actually have sex。 And then an obstacle came their way and they both failed the communication test。 （And trust） I was mostly relieved to have finally finished this book。 3。5/5☆ 。。。more

Movies represent life or vice versa Truly enjoyed this story。 The portrayal of the heart breaking symptoms of Alzheimer’s was well written。 Learning to love， showing love， feeling love through life’s trials and tribulations is everyone’s challenges- whether a loved one has health problems is Alzheimer’s or cancer or any number of other dreadful diseases。

Not my favorite MQ book。 I love the banter between Sawyer and Fallon and there’s a HEA。 But it’s very slow and not spicy whatsoever which is why I usually love MQ books。

I’ve liked every book I’ve read of hers so far。 This one was one of my favorites。 From laughing out loud to some moments of tugging your heartstrings throughout， this book kept me turning pages。 Just enough spice to stay true to other books。 Look forward to more from Quinn。

Small-town， slow burn romance。 Characters were written wonderfully however the spice level was extremely minimal。 When I say “slow burn” I mean the cavemen discovered fire before this couple FINALLY got together。 😉

Okay so many people may not agree with me with this one。 I love romance books and its very hard for me to not like one but this book just wasnt。。。。hitting the mark。 The book started good but in the first part there was almost no chemistry between sawyer and fallon。。。But then it was okayish but at the end the story took a nosedive。 I HATED the last few pages the plot just wasnt good in my POV anyways if you like okayish books then go for it otherwise just nah

A Must Read from Meghan QuinnHoly cow guys！！ This book is stunning， full of witty banter and perfect movie symmetry。 Canoodle is the kind of town you fall madly in love with， but truly Fallon and Sawyer are the couple you root for over and over again！ Their love story is pretty slow but builds a beautiful friendship that you will be crying over and wishing you had in your life。 I absolutely recommend reading this on a rainy day because it will bring all the sunshine！
